Kian Rugs did a fantastic job with cleaning a rug that had been exposed to heavy cigarette smoking for over 30 years, as well as replacing the fringe on the ends.  They were also able to package and ship it via UPS for a very reasonable price.

Kian Rug was recommend to me. I dropped off one of my antique rugs that has been in my family for any generations and Hassan refurbished it, he did a beautiful job! My other two rugs were cleaned and serviced as well, great work. I would only trust him for my future needs. I highly recommend him.

Kian rugs saved my oriental rug after my elderly dog relieved himself on it. The owner was nice and even offered to pick my rug up. He did an excellent job at getting the stain and odor out. Thank you so much, definitely recommend Kian rugs.

I called kian rug gallery this morning as I am moving and needed information on a large rug that we had not used in years. Hassan asked me to send a picture of front and back of the rug, which I did do He called me back within minutes of receiving the pictures to discuss my options. My rug is not very valuable, but Hassan still took time to call me back promptly to explain my options. The rug will be donated to St Matthew s house and hopefully the proceeds will provide help to those more needy than I am. God bless Hassan.

Hussan took excellent care of my rug like it was his own.  Through the restoration process the rug was in the caring hands.and I can tell utmost care was provided.  Picked up a very sad and damaged rug, and returned with a bright renewed carpet that should be in my family forever.  Thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough!

SADLY...KIAN REFUSES TO HONOR ITS "PROMISE" TO CUSTOMERS  My wife and I are honest people. This is only the second "unfavorable  review" we have ever written. We are not “complainers”, and we prefer to give everyone "benefit of the doubt". We  take "no pleasure" in writing this "unfavorable review".  On 08/02/19, we purchased a $749 small rectangular rug. The owner was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He personally witnessed that my wife was not an "oriental rug fan", and that she was cheerfully “tolerating” my desire to purchase one. In fact, the owner and I "playfully joked" about it in my wife's presence.  The rug happily resides in our home.  On 08/20/19, I purchased an additional $1,605 small round rug...without my wife. Given her "sensitivities" and believing in “Happy Wife...Happy Life”, I asked for and received, with a handshake the owner's assurance that I could return the rug if she objected. He  enthusiastically agreed, stressing... "I want you and your wife to be happy...I am a man of my word.” The owner's promise did not contain any rules, time limit, restrictions, or conditions. No limitations whatsoever.  Well…you guessed it. My wife did not want any more oriental rugs in the house. On 08/30/19, I phoned to politely inform the owner of my need to return the rug. He flatly refused, stating that my purchase was “too long ago”. I respectfully reminded him of "his promise" to take the rug back, and explained why it took 10 days to inform him wife was away...short time for wife to "think about it"...etc.. He responded, saying… “It is customary to return the rug within one day". I respectfully reminded him that he had not mentioned any such “one day rule" or any "rules". He nevertheless refused, complaining... "I have a small business". I then offered to pay him $300 if he would just "honor his promise" and take the rug back. He again refused, repeating... "I have a small business...I will agree to give you a different rug" even though he knew, from our discussion, that my wife objected to "any additional rug". I again respectfully pleaded with him to please "honor his promise"...take the rugback..and accept $300 for his "time and trouble". He again refused, repeating... "I have a small business".  "Disappointed" does not begin to describe my Kian experience.  SADLY...KIAN REFUSES TO HONOR ITS "PROMISE" TO CUSTOMERS  Rick, Marco Island, FL

Bought a beautiful $1200 rug two years ago… It started to have pulls so we brought it in to have it taken care of. It came back looking like mohair!  He blamed it on our animals....Said he’d take the rug and give us $500 credit to buy another.  No more business with this store
