I called my AAA needed a tow because my keys did not work. One person arrived, named Oscar, he clearly did not know how to do the job. He asked me if the car could go in neutral knowing the keys did not work. he said let me call my boss and then I look up from phone and he's driving away. Now, where I come from in the midwest a man would not leave a woman stranded with no help. SHAME ON HIM AND HIS BOSS. 

Needless to say another driver finally arrived and was like an angel from heaven. It took him 3 hours to get my car into to the tow bed. His name was Albert.  He assured me he wouldn't abandon me and saw it through to the end. Thank God for people like Albert. There are no words to thank him enough for his help.

We came to know AMMARI Auto Center under unfortunate circumstances. We had an engine expire and were towed to their location for an inspection of the vehicle to learn that an engine replacement was necessary. After some consideration, we made the decision to move forward with replacing the engine. The master mechanic was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. In the end, we were very satisfied with the results of our experience. The staff including tow truck drivers, receptionist, and others were very pleasant and helpful. The waiting area is very clean, large, and comfortable while you wait for minor repairs or maintenance such as oil changes, etc. to be performed and completed. 

I would highly recommend this business to any of my friends and relatives for servicing their vehicles anytime.

Let me tell you a story.  One night a stalled car needed an AutoClub tow and a flatbed arrived from This shop.  While picking the car up, the tow truck driver hit my parked car and damaged my left rear fender and bumper.  They didn't leave a note or try and notify me at all, the driver just did a hit and run.  Once I got hold of the owner of the shop, he quickly said he would take care of it for me, but boy was that a mistake.  They did a crappy job and I can see a bunch of sanding marks still in the body filler they used.  Since I had used custom paint on the truck I ended up supplying the paint for them, but their blend job sucks and whomever did the painting, sucked also because there is a huge sag in his paint job repair work.  

Pretty much, I have to re-do the work they did so beware of their quality.  Let me know if you want to see pictures of this repair.

These guys have great service and prices. I'm a North Hollywood local and they are the only mechanic service my neighbors and I use. They have fixed numerous cars for us and have always been very friendly, kind and affordable.
