There should be more than 5-STARS for Extra Space Storage.  The on-site manager, Paul is the absolute best.  Knows everything inside out and makes checking in and checking out fast and super efficient.  Great rates and can't say enough about the service Paul gave to us.  Best Wishes Extra Space Storage.

Paul the manager was great! I reserved 2 units and different places and he was the only one to call to schedule a time. I missed the call but he called the next morning, and was super nice on the phone. So I drove over and  he was the same person in person, very helpful and patient. i asked about the one month free and he did the calulations to see which was the better deal, based on how long I would be storing my things. I highly recommend this storage, it's super clean and it has great access hours 6am to 10pm

Paul, was exceptional! I was having a really stressful week and needed a storage unit immediately. Paul, not only cheered me up with his positive demeanor but also listened to my "roommate from hell" story. He truly is a great guy and I'm so happy my mom recommended this place. Great customer service all around.

Caterina Was a very helpful person to deal with.  I had questions that I needed to solve regarding my storage at Extra Space, and she resolved my problems, and not only that she took her time to assist me.  I wish they were more people taking there time as Caterina at Extra space. I won't forget the great help.

Paul was great. Had great energy, took care of us in a timely manner and was very easy to communicate with and get a unit with! 
In my last review I accidentally said Val was great but this was a typo, Paul is the man!
