Great energy very friendly people and an amazing band. The sermons are also very enlightening

My girlfriend and I decided we needed to find and join a church at the beginning of the year. We were both raised Catholic, however don't believe in all of the Catholic ideals; we needed something different.

We searched and went to a few churches, but weren't impressed. My main thought was that I want a church that I am excited to get up on a Sunday and go to every week, as I have never been excited to go to church.

Finally, after talking to a friend, they recommended Amplify Church. We went and were blown away. The moment you enter the church, you can't help but notice the kind welcoming environment (they have coffee and snacks too). The concert-like atmosphere mixed with emotional, real world sermons is absolutely breathtaking and heartfelt. The lead Pastor Jason's down to Earth, emotional sermons may have you in tears, speaking about the Bible and the teachings of Jesus.

Needless to say, my girlfriend and I have not missed a Sunday since that first experience. For the first time in my life I am excited to get up and go to Church every Sunday.

I don't usually write reviews, unless extremely pissed off at something and need to vent about my bad experience. I felt compelled to rate and review Amplify Church in the hopes someone reads it and decides to try it out. I have nothing but good things to say and hope others feel the same way.

I've been going to Amplify for a few months now. Amplify is non-denominational and their is nothing wrong with that, their main purpose is to lead you into a growing relationship with Jesus. Worship is compatible to a concert but if you can't get excited for Jesus who can you get excited for? Jason the pastor is phenomenal in how he delivers the message, he does not preach as if he's above you but instead preaches on our level. He will give you the scripture and unlike most churches he actually makes it understandable by relating it to his personal experiences and how we a christians should overcome life obstacles. They simply take His word for what it is a previous review said they don't touch on difficult subjects but they have from what I've seen covering pre-marital sex, divorce, etc. Personally this is what I look forward to every week not only the sermon but to feel God's presence while singing about His love and grace. They are truly doing His work on this earth and I recommend this to almost anybody no matter what you're relationship with God.
