Filled tank and spent another 30 plus dollars but at 9:45 pm they told me I couldn't use the restroom because they close it at 9 pm per the bosses orders. Ridiculous. Next time I will pay the extra to fill up at the 76 across the street

I stopped at the gas station am/pm at 11:30pm on 2/16/17. The store clerk who claimed to be the owner seemed to be under the influence of some kind of narcotic drugs. after asking him to put $7 on the gas pump he became very agitated and told me he would teach me some respect because I should not move my hands around while talking to him and so I apologized even though he was being rude and he was out of line he then continued in a threatening manner saying he would physically harm me and that he was locking me in there. He kept calling me racist slurs and then He locked me inside, taking away my freedom. That is self imprisonment which is a class c felony so I then called the police and they said he wasn't allowed to say those racist remarks and also that he had to let me go since he had no justification for doing so. I am now in the middle of taking legal action just waiting for the courts to get back to me... be careful going in there at night if he's working you can never determine what someone on drugs will do such as trap you inside a room like he did me.

Its late and had to wait over 30 mins to get my change from pumping gas. Stupid sign said 15 mins. Multiple people left because the clerk was not to be found.
