Great company.  Overall a wonderful environment. The owner John is such an amazing man. He is caring and compassionate. Truly a wonderful man. So down to earth. Kind and funny. The President Ben...also the same as owner. Amazing person. Kind, funny, down to earth and a Packers fan which rocks! There are a handful of people that became very special and dear to me in my experience here. The company  (owner and president) genuinely care about the employees.  They have their employees best interest at heart.

Had plumbing services from this company and the experience was down right bizarre. Scheduled service for leaking toilets and shower piping, 1st plumber came in did nothing and left me w/o toilet for over a week, when I called, they told me the plumber had left the company!  2nd plumber came in and spent whole day to fix the above mentioned issues and billed me $1,200. And now couple of weeks later, I received an invoice saying they just charged another $300 to my credit card, I had called in 5 times now and couldn't reach Donna who issued the charge, we'll see how that goes...STAY AWAY from this company, I was referred to them by my building engineer, I can only guess why it was them...
