Jon is a wonderful man, a musician in addition to being a plumber who said to me "Beethoven said he didn't know anything about music" . Which meant as in plumbing or music, you never stop learning. Jon solved a problem that 3 plumbers couldn't solve with our hot water. He simply identified a cold water line that was going into the heater and pulled the lever shut. Since then we have had endless hot water. He also spent 4 hours cleaning out the sewer line of tree roots where other plumbers came and merely punched a hole through the roots which allowed the water to flow temporarily. He also gave me advice on how to never have to call a plumber regarding tree roots. He's the BEST!

I have been using Great American Plumbing each time I encountered a Plumbing related issue. Alex and his staff are very knowledgeable and reliable.
