Bunch of hateful dumbass's. Pissed me off and I don't get mad very often. After several trips they still can't help me, because their "system is down".

We go in this amcot almost every month to get money orders they are rude and don't like it when you ask questions. We do go to other amcots which are good but are not as convenient all the time .

They called me and said i was approved for a loan and to bring my info with me .i brought id acoount numbers recipe showing i had money in the account and more.the lady ask if i had online banking i told her yes and she wanted me to show her but my phone was off so i couldn't,everything changed after that,the lady thought i was lying stated being very rude and denied my loan after  taking my info and walking three miles to amscot just to get shitted on,thankyou amscot!!

Your staff was VERY rude to me today. it has been getting progressively worse with that disrespect and disorganization in this location. They do not care to see who arrived first at which window but only select the customer who they are nearest to, not who has been waiting. A bald headed gentleman who works there only got angrier at me after I had pointed this out to them and did not even finish my transaction but made another clerk finish it for him, even though I was not rude to him. Very disappointed with this since I've had similiar attitude problems with the staff at the foxhollow location just up the road. I would like to know whqt is happening with these stores lately.
