Certainly a great place to do business. They are reasonable, common sense people. Tell them the TRUTH and they'll figure out a way to help. IF they CAN NOT help, then you probably should stop looking. I've done business with them for over a decade.

Great people n great services. My mother has been dealing with them for yes I just recently started. Very easy to get a loan n easy payments. The staff are superb.

So, I bought a 1996 Lexus from the shady but here pay here that these people financed. The car was a complete rip off, the place I had purchased it from closed or they dropped the guy I am not clear what happened. So automatically the payments went straight to this place and so did my Junk car when they had to repo it due to me not making payments. I missed quite a few due to the fact I at the time was a single mother and all my money went to my bills and thousands of dollars fixing the car. Not a excuse ,but I had no choice. When they towed my car I called their office 20 min after and I told them who I was and they man laughed at me and said " oh it's funny how quick you call now when we were trying to contact you for months" as I tell him there is no need to be rude and I just need my 2 son's backpacks and my infant daughters carseat out of the car out, he then tells me your going to have to wait till Monday and hangs up on me. I did call back and after some arguing was able to get the place to go get my stuff. My husband (at the time we were on a break)was furious and decided to report the problems we did have and what happened after on BBB and any review possible, so then they started slandering me in the comments of the reviews and things about my personal life. I call to complain, we ended up talking it out and they convinced us to take the reviews down , saying if we take them down they will make sure I don't have a repo on my record, which dumb me believed. Either way I know my responsibility. Everything was done and over, this was in January 2016......I since then (2 weeks later) had a new car, had for that while year, go to renew my sticker back in March and was told by the DMV that I can not because I have a lean for my wrecked 1996 Lexus.....I explain that I don't own that car it was repossessed from me in January of 2016....had to go to the tow truck place and pay $400 plus to have this lean removed all because this company NEVER TOOK THE CAR OUT OF MY NAME. They repossessed the car, re sold it for parts or sold it to someone and never did the proper paperwork , when I asked this what happened no one knew. They said it was a old case and he would have to dig up the file (which I requested them to do) they gave me a paper that showed they had took the car before the crash in March of 2016 (the person they sold it to wrecked it by a bar at 1 am they were arrested for other things as the car THAT WAS STILL IN MY NAME was towed and my responsibility thanks to this place) I called multiple times and of course no one ever bothered to find out. Soon the phone calls were always a excuse how Rick wasn't in the office or he was in a meeting, all with what's your number he will call back.....and guess what no call back. Soon I gave up, but this place is very unprofessional in my opinion, both times I had a run in with a rude employee and the whole selling a car to someone in someone else's name and not caring to figure out what happened is just crazy, if the people had been in a accident that involved other people or a place (and not a light pole, they crashed into a light pole the police report said, found this out at the same time as everything else from tow truck place) I could have been held responsible or sued by someone, thankfully that wasn't the out come. Shady place If you ask me

Consumer Finance have helped my family out of tough situations. They started out with a loan to my hubby and I 15 years ago. Now they have loaned my sons money and one loan is already paid off. They are a marvelous family company and are very helpful and pleasant. Thank you once again Consumer Finance. We love you.

Excellent company. The people there go out of their way to help you. My car broke down and they found a mechanic to fix it for much less than the estimate i recieved. They also paid for it to be fixed and let me make payments evrry month to pay it off. A special thank you to Ronda for going above and beyond to get me back on the road again!
