We had a great stay, the room was spacious and artistic , with murals and stained glass. so friendly and eager to help with special requests. We will definitely stay here again!

This rating is a average of mine and my wife's review after our stay this past weekend. What we agreed on...the room was more than adequate in size, comfort, TV, refrigerator and the bathroom was huge. These were all 5 star attributes for both of us, however this is where we diverge in our impressions. The location was about 3 miles from most anything on Flagler Ave and the beach, so you had to drive to anything you wanted to do. Parking at the BnB was also an issue, there is only 1 spot per room and those are tight. If one person has a large truck or does not pull in properly you may be out of luck. Where the bed was comfortable and room was spacious the place is older and does not have the more modern windows so you can hear road noise all night long as well as people talking/shouting as you are in a neighborhood environment. Also too, each room does not have its own A/C controller...our room was subject to the comfort setting of another room which apparently they were using to hang meat.

Really nice rooms but they need a bit more attention to the details. We had no soap or amenities in our room. When I went to the office to ask for soap they were very nice about providing that, but didn't ask to see if we needed shampoo. I didn't realize we didn't have that. They should have given us everything just to be sure. Cookies were delicious. Breakfast was very nice, but they did not ask if we had any food allergies or restrictions. Two people in our party didn't eat bacon, but there were no alternatives to the bacon quiches. They back patio was delightful. Nice to sit out and relax in the evening.
