This is the second review.... they removed my first poor review, so here's the second poor review. Again, Horrible service, Todd M  has a definite attitude. Extremely rude, has no empathy for clients experiencing challenging times. No phone calls, no assistance just rude, unjustified personal opinions...no professionalism, no assistance in either claim, just useless, personal advice.  So happy the day we got to cancel insurance with Anchor. Best move ever.  Be sure to shop for insurance and definitely read reviews.  Can't hide from lack of integrity. Hence the removal of my first review.

I have been a customer with Anchor Insurance for several years and have nothing but good to say about them. Todd Mines and his staff have always been very courteous, efficient, taking care of my needs in a prompt manner. I have found their rates to be better than others I have researched. I would certainly recommend this agency.

The best customer service ever!! Jodi is awesome and every time I call I get my agent. I had a home owner's claim from the storm a month or so and I called the main office. A week later I had a check in the mail. Fast, prompt and awesome service!!! I recommend Anchor Insurance/Fremont Insurance to EVERYONE!!!

I have had Todd Mines for my insurance agent for about 3 yrs. I don't know about the rest of this company but Todd is a winner and is so nice and helpful and goes beyond for his customers. So if anything try and see what he can do for you. His customer service is excellent.

If I had the option to give you no stars I would. These people are completely incompetent. They failed to accurately do their job then claimed we weren't making payments. Funny when we were with progressive 10 years and never had one late payment. They claimed we owe $1100 making it hard to find other insurance. luckily progressive took us back because of out excellent record with them.  I've reported this "business" to the better business bureau. STAY AWAY!! THEY WILL EITHER INTENTIONALLY SCREW YOU OVER OR ACCIDENTLY SCREW YOU OVER BECAUSE THEY ARE TO DUMB TO DO THEIR JOB! we are also contacting our lawyer.
