Never ending issues at this location, dropped State Farm because of it. I called to take my car off storage after fixing it, and four months later I'm getting a letter stating they undercharged me and will be tripling my payments for the next three months. I call to ask why this is, and I'm told that it's because my car was on storage even though I called to reinstate. I'm told that it's my fault, that I should have called when I noticed I wasn't being charged my full amount. Honestly, I'm never sure what the 'full amount' is, because it seems to always change; bills are not itemized, good luck knowing what you're being charged for. I'm given other excuses when I express my dissatisfaction: "Well, we don't actually work for State Farm, we work for Matt, and we're just as frustrated as you when system glitches like this happens." - Oh really? Could have confused me by the building with the State Farm sign that you work in. What a cop out. When I press the issue, and mention that, I did in fact call, and it's not my job to babysit them to make sure they do their job, they dig further and see that someone started the reinstatement request, but just didn't finish... and left it unfinished. So, not a system glitch? Must be employee negligence then. After a few more months getting paid up because of their mistake, I call to cancel due to the constant issues (these weren't the first). Imagine my surprise this month when I'm being charged for something I cancelled the prior month. Imagine my surprise again when I'm told it'll take 3-5 business days to refund me, and now that it's been 5 business days there is still no sign of my money. Either way this branch is at the very least negligent, if not criminal.
