The Owner/Operator was Extremely Helpful. One time I had a quick question that turned into 45 Minutes of Research and he was not going to charge me, however I gave a Tip instead. You will be Treated with Dignity and Respect...not like your a Nameless Person. They are Patient and Peaceful. They Really Serve the Customer and the Community Well. It would be very difficult for this business to ever get a bad review. If they did get a bad review it would most likely be a False Review. I believe that you can Patronize this Business with Great Confidence.

My high end gaming computer had stopped working, and I took it another phone/computer repair place I had used in the past. After having it for over a week, they said they didn't know what is wrong with it. I took it the fine folks at Ancient City Computer and they had it back up and running better than it had in long time in a couple days. Very pleasant and professional, I highly recommend them!

Sheer luck that we called Ancient City Computers, but did read all reviews first, but with so many computer services, we were so lucky! We called Chris at Ancient City and had to have our hard drive restored as our mother board crashed. We brought it to Chris, who is so honest and trustworthy and gave us upfront what the costs would be, and also that if he wasn't able to restore our hard drive we would pay nothing as he would know through his equipment within a short while whether he would be able to do so. Well, the hard drive was uploaded to an external hard drive that we bought and brought to him, and, now, we have our data back 100% restored! And, this is after a Dell outside technician (not a Dell employee) initially said it "didn't look good." Folks, always get a second opinion from Chris at Ancient City Computers.

With all the five star reviews I read for Ancient City Computer Services, quite frankly I was a bit skeptical. Could anyone be this good? The answer is yes. Chris is knowledgeable, thorough, accommodating and explains what’s wrong in easy-to-understand language. I read all the reviews and when you see comments like professional, reliable, helpful, cannot say enough good things, goes the extra mile, super-reasonable – it’s all true. If you have a problem with your computer, I would highly recommend that you take it to Chris.

Very pleased with the workmanship of Ancient City Computer Services. My computer now runs fast and efficient. The experience was significantly better than it was with the Geek Squad and at a much better value.
