I wish we would have checked the reviews before coming here! Horrendous customer service! Israel sold us phones at one price and we found out when we got our bill that it was a lie. We came in to the store to work it out and the manager Matt Gerry could care less. He made no attempt to rectify the situation or even acknowledge his employee's wrongdoing. We even called Sprint from the store to try to get things right, and Matt was not interested in trying to find a solution to the mess they created. They are the reason Sprint is losing us as a customer!

Worst customer service experience of my life. Had to return to the store 4 different times in a single week due to their unwillingness to address the problem my INSURED phone was having. Was seriously the most disorganized and half-baked appoach to customer service Ive ever seen.

Misleading. Actual costs much higher. Does not deliver. Listen to the complaints in the store.
