I hate reading these bad reviews.  I have had to wait a few times but Dr. Anderson and Dr. Bracey have done wonders for me.  I'm sorry for the bad experiences of others.

I  will save u some time b4 u waste urs DO NOT MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH THIS OFFICE...
STAFF... RUDE 
TREATMENT...NON-EXISTENT 
FEES...$$$$$$  FOR WHAT  ??? U TO WAIT?
I as well as my deceased mother were both patients of this greedy,inept,cocky."Neurologist" one of the most important vows u take when u graduate from ANY MEDICAL SCHOOL PROGRAM IS.....DO NO HARM  ....I  don't think he remembers that nor does he care. His philosophy as well as his staff let them wait I'll get to them whenever or seat a patient & make it look like I'm running behind,which he really is, AWFUL  SERVICE AGAIN & THEN U WIND UP WAITING IN THE BACK IN A TREATMENT ROOM FOR ANOTHER 30-45 min seriously!!!
Do ur self a favor like I did FIND ANOTHER 
Initially I HAD TO USE THIS PRACTIONER DUE TO TENN-CARE NOW  I HAVE ANOTHER & WOULD AS THEY SAY "Hind sight is 20/20" I look back & wish I had done it differently because I HAD WASTED SO MUCH TIME ON THIS IDIOT

Terrible place!! You wait for hours and when you finally get in all they do is prescribe meds. They're billing department is horrible. They keep sending me a bill that I don't not owe. I've since gone elsewhere ... don't go here!!!
