Suffering from Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), I was led by insurance to come to this clinic. During my visits Dr. Bracey not only spoke too fast for a TBI patient, she too was aloof, she only stayed a maximum of 32 secs [timed], her and her office manager insulted me. They berated me, accused me of faking, insinuated that I was in for drugs when it was she who prescribed the medication to me in the first place. I had NEVER in my life been treated so poorly and so unprofessional by a person in the medical industry! Her mal-treatment of me got so tiresome that I began to record her and her officanger so others could see that this was not my TBI. I am not the only patient she has been abusive towards. I am furious that a person who regularly sees patients that often times cannot (due to their injury or disease) communicate properly or that they're cognitive functioning has been impaired, takes advantage of this and takes out her life's frustrations on them. If you have to see this doctor, make sure you have an Disability Advocate come with you. You're gonna need one. I have recovered from my injury (mostly) but, absolutely no thanks to her nor her office manager. By the way, if she reads this...I did find out what a ? Felicia" is. Looking back, YOU were the only "Felicia" in that office at any time. You're ghetto behaviour and insults toward me gave it all away dear.
