I came to Dr. Anderson after I had an awful experience at a nearby dentist. Even though I was a new patient the receptionist squeezed me in to get my tooth pulled the day after I called. I didn't have that long of a wait considering the fact that I was scheduled last minute. The front office staff were very nice and friendly. Dr. Anderson was very nice and helped put me at ease about the situation. He answered all of my questions. He is a dentist who genuinely cares. I have had problems getting numb before and I was able to talk to Dr. Anderson about that before we started and he made sure that I was numb and calm before anything happened. I felt like I was in very capable hands. He even called me the next day to make sure everything was going well. I can't say enough good things about my experience. I would and will continue to recommend his practice to anyone who I know that needs dental work.

I found the staff to be relaxed but still professional. I had to wait about 3/4 of an hour past my appointment time. However, once I did see the doctor, he took as much time as he needed to take care of me and, I suspect, stayed past the usual quitting time. Maybe taking the time with each patient explains the wait times. The doctor was friendly and even joked around with me a bit. I got plenty of information from him, but did have to ask for some of it.
