I started going to Haven about 11 years ago when I first moved to Atlanta. I chose them based on their reviews and would drive an hour from the south side of Atlanta to see them. Every person I've interacted with has been wonderful, from the ladies at the front desk to the nurses, nurse practitioner, doctors, and even the people in the lab. Leah and Dr. Moore are especially great.

On top of the excellent staff, I especially love how modern their practice is with their patient portal. You can access every test result and your medical records online, and you can even send emails directly to your doctors. I've done this a few times and always had fast responses. They are top notch. I love them so much, I'm even still going here since moving to Chattanooga a year ago. I can only see that changing if I decided to have a child now and the practicality of the commute would force me to.

I really love this practice! Throughout my pregnancy, I met with all three doctors and each was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive — which is saying something because they have a lot of patients and deliver a lot of babies. I never felt rushed at any appointments and felt completely free to ask questions about anything and everything. I would have been happy if any of them had delivered our child. They really know what they are doing, which gave us a sense of confidence and set us at ease as we welcomed our first into the world. The office is welcoming, the nurses and ladies at the front are all friendly; I only ever had to reschedule one appt, and only a couple times did I have to wait more than 10 minutes in the waiting room.

Best experience!! I was referred to Dr. Moore by my god sister who has been going to him for years. She has given birth to two children under his care and now I see why. He is great and his bedside manner is unmatched. All staff members friendly and welcoming when I call or come in for an appointment. The office itself is clean and decorated to be a relaxing place for patients. Dr. Moore is meticulous, pays attention to detail and responds quickly via his patient portal. I can tell he loves what he does. I was nervous about leaving my GYN of 4 years but not after my first appointment. Dr. Jewell is also very pleasant and friendly. We also enjoyed pur appointments witb Leah the nurse practitioner. Make sure you know what lab your  insurance accepts before  blood work is done and clearly communicate this so your blood work is only sent to the lab your insurance covers. I had some issues with that and got bills from their lab of preference where my blood work was sent and ended up having to come out  of pocket due to lack of communication by their blood technicians. The 2nd time this happened I spoke with their office manager who was friendly and helpful..she spoke with the lab and got things figured out and I came out of pocket very little as expected. Overall great place, top notch practice just a hiccup in the labs area.

I am so glad I found this practice and Dr. Jewell specifically. He went above and beyond for me during my appointment. He's skills and bedside manner are top-notch. This was a diagnostic visit, but I will be using him as my regular Ob/GYN from now on. The front desk and the nursing staff were amazing as well. Also, there is free parking and the building/facilities are beautiful.

absolutely love this place..very nice and professional and dr Moore is amazing and very trustworthy doctor when i came with my pregnancy related problem he took everything very  seriously performed usg and exam to make sure everything is ok..i would highly recommend this place its totally  worthy for me  to drive 1 hour each way  to this office
