The room and hotel was amazing. The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The only reason I would give this place 4 instead of 5 stars is because the balcony has no light and the Starbucks inside the hotel was inadequate. They only serve basic menu items. The cashier was kinda rude and very curtly advised they don't use the Starbucks app and when preparing my drink she left a coffee bean in my cup. Other than that beds were super comfortable.

This is our first time staying here as owners and we were not disappointed! Our two bedroom unit was beautiful with breathtaking views. It was very clean and had just been remodeled. The entire staff, from the front desk, valet, and housekeeping were all fantastic! Thank you to Paul at the desk, Adrienne at the concierge and Brian, Justin, Stone and Ed and all the others for making our stay special and so much fun. - you were all great - GO PATS!!😉

Our suite was terrific and overlooked the beach (as I think all rooms on property do, yay) and that yummy restaurant across the street was great home cooking at a good price. Lots convenient and close (drug stores, coffee shops, convenience store, like that) and the property itself was easy to be happy in. Pools for every need, a big jacuzzi, a lazy river, and even a small bar on-site. A free movie rental right there in the lobby, and a Starbucks mini too...I really thought it was very good. Comfy beds, nice balcony (wide), good kitchen, and even a washer/dryer in-suite....old, but faithful! 7/10, would do again!!!

Love this place.  Had an exchange through RCI for a 2 bedroom oceanfront condo.  Our unit was newly renovated--they bought in more furniture while we were there.  Not a lot of activities, but it was chilly and not busy.  We were told some of the units are owner rented and they don't can't mandate improvements.  I have nothing to complain about.  In warmer weather there is a putt putt across the street that I think is free if u stay there.  We had comped valet.  Parking is in a big structure 1 block away.  We did the timeshare presentation at a Hilton property a few blocks away.  We received four $25 food vouchers for restaurants around the area.  They had the list and we were happy with all meals.  Great location.

Amazing location and room! I stayed in a studio room and had a nice view of the ocean and the small apartment type room was gorgeous. The bed and linens were top notch and comfortable. The kitchen was gorgeous and fully equipped. The bathroom was a good size and the tub was comfortable for a relaxing soak. The staff was incredible and the room even had a washer and dryer. I will stay here everytime i am in town.
