Went here for a bachelor party weekend. This place was actually pretty nice. I wouldn't say its the nicest hotel in the world but the suite we had was perfect for what my friends and I spent. It was close to the beach obviously, food and not far from Boardwalk!

Not really much to report. The rooms could look a tad bit newer but other than that it was fine to me!

Never again!! This is the worst resort I have ever stayed at. The room was disgusting!! Hair and rags left in shower along with soap scum on the walls! It’s a shame to pay so much for a place and then have to clean your own bathrooms. The floor was so nasty that I was sliding across it trying to walk! Complaining to the staff gets no where. Spend your hard earned money on a better place!

Enjoying are staying. Very clean. The only complaint I have is that we booked this resort because of the outdoor water slides for the kids. Unfortunately they are closed. However they are enjoying the fun zone! 😉

I called to make a reservation. The guy who answered very rudely transferred me to the ocean club. The lady then transferred me back to the guy at the reservation department. Who then wanted to transfer me back to her. I asked to speak with management who wanted to send me back to the reservation department!!!! 

I was planning to book a long vacation for my family since they have a water park and are on the beach, I will definitely not be taking my family on vacation here. 

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I came here to have a vacation with my boys, something I have not done in a very long time. Before I booked I called and asked will there be a washer and dryer in my room. I was told yes by Jasmine. Upon checking in, again I asked, will there be a washer and dryer in the room I was told yes. Of course I get to the room and there is no washer and dryer. I called Jasmine she says,l oh I must of been confused, they don't have any in the units." I then asked was there any with washer and dryers and she tells me yes for $55 more. I pay and check in. I start to wash the clothes and the dryer took 3 hours to dry. I called the from desk staff and was told by Andrew who is the "highest of highest" you can get that there was nothing he can do but give me a dollar to dry them at a laundry facility. As I laughed I couldn't help but think, this is the "highest" I can get and you offer me $1??? Geez thanks Andrew "highest of the highest". If you can take your family some where else please do. There are over 100 hotels that make your stay better than Sand Dunns. Take heed to the reviews and believe them. They are true.
