Owner was very nice but boots looked worse when I picked them up then when I dropped them off. I had a pair of leather Bear Trap boots that the toe was scuffed up on. I took them to see if he could patch them to make them not look so obvious ( I knew it wouldn't be perfect. They were pretty bad). He was very confident that he would be able to fix them perfectly. When I picked them up a week later, they looked as if someone just stuck a glob of leather on the toe. It was awful. I then ended up paying $35.00 for boots that I later took to goodwill.

I took four pair of shoes to have the heals repaired in February. The teenager working quoted me a price of $18 total, and gave me a claim card with no date written on it. Didn't think anything of it because he took my phone number. Two months later, still hadn't been called so I stopped by. The man behind the desk, I'm assuming the owner, was asleep. I told him what happened and he seemed less than interested. Luckily they still had my shoes! They did a good job repairing them and I actually paid $30 for the repair. Overall they did a good job, but not the best shoe repair I've ever had done. Certainly not the best customer service. I will still take more shoes to them.

It is crap. Shoe had ripped seam on it. Left it to sew up and when I came back they had glued it? Charged me $6 for glue. Avoid this place at all cost or it wi cost.

I wanted a lifting belt dyed. Owner misrepresented what he would do to justify a $40 charge. He spray painted it. He had a FU attitude about it.
