Placed an order on 04/19 and I received the order today (05/20). It took over a month for a small order to be filled. Not only did it take that long but the shirts I received, the screen print is blurry and faded right out of the box. I would give them 1 star but I will say that in the numerous phone calls I had with then they were nice. I called one time last week and was told they didn't have my order on file but told me that the lady who took my order would be back in 10 minutes and she would call me back as soon as she got in. 2.5 hours later I had not heard back from her so I called back and they said that she was not going to be back in the office until the following day and to call back then. So I called back the following day and the same issue with not being able to find the order but this time I was able to speak with the lady who took my order. She apologized for it taking so long to fill the order but gave no explanation as to why it took so long. A few days later I got the call saying the order was complete and would ship out. I was hoping that the shirts would look great, or at least as crisp and clear as they were supposed to but I was very disappointed in the product. This is a print for a company that they already have on file there and I've seen other shirts made for this company that look great, I guess something went wrong I the process somewhere but these shirts should not have been sold as a finished product. I will not purchase from them again.

Shannon was extremely helpful and very attentive to our needs. No pressure sales combined with excellent product knowledge allowed us to make an effortless purchase. Our polo's fit perfectly and the embroidery was the best we have yet to purchase. We recommend anyone and everyone to use this company. On top of the friendly customer service and excellent quality product was how quickly we received our custom order. Lightning fast delivery. We are extremely pleased and are looking forward to our next purchase!
