I recently received a reckless driving ticket (86/65mph) in Stafford County VA, and had every intention to appear in court on the requested date. A couple of weeks prior to my schedule appearance, I received a few letters in the mail from attorneys in VA regarding my ticket. The first letter made me aware of seriousness of this ticket. I made several calls that day to different attorneys however, Andrew Flusche was the only attorney that made me feel confident that I will have a favorable outcome. I felt at ease when talking to Andrew about my case. His entire staff was extremely professional and prompt with responses. My case was dismissed, yay! I am so happy I decided to retain Andrew and his team to represent me.

Andrew and his Team were fantastic!  I live in NJ and was charged with “Reckless Driving By Speed” (86 in a 65 zone) in Spotsylvania, VA.  After learning from a friend in VA that, if convicted, I would have a permanent criminal conviction on my record, I immediately began searching for an attorney.  The first one I found was Andrew Flusche.  I had a great conversation with Andrew and he explained everything I needed to know.  Before I signed up with Andrew, however, I searched for a second opinion.  The second attorney’s fee was more than twice that of Andrew’s and he wasn’t even local!  I am so glad I went with Andrew.  Andrew, Dawn and Shelley were very professional, courteous and responsive.  Andrew personally represented me in court and was able to reduce my charge to a non-moving violation.  Thank you Andrew and Team!

I received a ticket in Prince's George's County in Virginia for reckless driving.. When I called Andrews office to get help with an out of town citation his office scheduled a professional over the phone conference with me and Andrew he told me what to expect and that he would make sure I am getting a fair deal and his rates were very reasonable ..I am glad he was able to represent me ..thanks Andrew

I truly appreciate Andrew and Dawn working on my behalf. Always responding within a timely manner with  answer to any of my concerns or questions via phone and emails. Everyone was so pleasant and professional at all times. Kudos for a great job done getting my case completely dismissed.
