Ms. D’Erra Jackson was great to work with. She was very thorough in preparing estate documents. Due to the nature of preparing such documents she had to display compassion, sensitivity, and patience. D’Erra had no problem at all and made us feel like she really cared in ensuring all issues were addressed. I admired how she was so compassionate as she explained everything she prepared and how gracefully she worked with us to sign the documents understanding just how sensitive estate planning is. She was very thorough and thought of areas that we had not considered. I highly recommend consulting with her to ensure your legal or estate planning matters are handled/structured with the utmost competence and professionalism.

I gladly give this firm, and especially Ms. D'erra Jackson, my highest recommendations and rating. I needed to get my will drawn up and after some research about local law firms I went with this one. Ms. Jackson walked me through the entire process and answered all my questions without hesitation. She was both courteous and professional and clearly knows the law inside and out! She drafted my will and we signed/witnessed it in no time at all and at a very reasonable price. I will use this firm for any future legal matters without hesitation and you should too!

Mr. Gormley, Louise and Jasmine saved my life! They were kind, nonjudgmental, professional and patient. They knew every step and word for word as to what I should expect on my court date. It was the perfect process and couldn’t ask for a better attorney and team.

Extremely knowledgeable, absolutely could not ask for better service and they have two qualities that rate them higher that the 5 stars: they listen to your concerns and they care. I was in the end stages of a loan modification on my home. I had complied with all the requirements including making the required payments on time. Shortly after the last check was cashed I called and spoke to a case manager. I was told that a package had been mailed with the modification documents and I was given date that the documents had to be returned. I was told that the date was critical to for the modified loan including a notarized acceptance letter. Three days later I spoke to another case manager who said the modification would go through and the package was on its way. I gave them two more days and I called again and spoke to another case manager who advised that she could not confirm if the package had been sent or not but she would request an extension on the deadline since it was now only two days away. The following day I spoke to another case manager (as you can see my Case Manager was never available) who advised that the package had not been sent and that it was not ready. This guy was quite snippy and told me to contact my case manager (like I hadn’t input his extension each time I called). The way it works is you call your case manager and if he is not available it gives you an option to connect to the next available case manager. This went on and on with more “deadline” dates and no package. I was at this point very, very concerned and that is an understatement. I called Andrews Bongar Gormley & Clagett for a consultation. I made an appointment and was also was given Mr. Gormley’s e-mail. The next Friday I could not sleep so I sent an e-mail to Mr. Gormley to give a background for the consultation. To my utter amazement Mr. Gormley texted me on Sunday asking if I was available for a phone call, and very shortly at 6 PM Mr. Gormley called. I slept very well for the first time in months. Five minutes into the conversation I knew he had my back. I cannot express how highly I recommend Andrews Bongar Gormley & Clagett. My case is done and I could not be more satisfied.

From the first time that when I met with Attorney Gormley he was attentive and showed concerned about my situation. He was very strategic about his approach to my situation. The staff is very professional and proficient. He is an expert in what he do, and I very grateful and appreciate for his intervention and consultation. I would recommend him and use him on my future legal matters. Thank you for being genuine and sincere and caring about your clients and their best interests.
