My BIGGEST MISTAKE was hiring this lawyer. This office lied to me stating that they never received my discovery package.  Yet apparently, when i visited the office and refused to leave until they found it, they did so (5 mins later) and it was marked that they received it one month prior.  Before this incident I had NO PRIOR CONVICTIONS, POLICE UNLAWFULLY SEARCHED MY HOME (AND DIDN'T GET A SEARCH WARRANT UNTIL 12 HRS LATER -- WHICH MOONEY WAS AWARE OF), DETAINED FOR 12 HOURS... WITH ALL OF THIS, MOONEY ADVISED ME TO PLEAD TO A FELONY!  DO NOT TRUST IS MY ADVICE!!!

MR MOONEY AND HIS STAFF ARE WONDERFUL CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT THEM .  HIS SECRETARY ANNA IS AMAZING MR MOONEY TREATS YOU LIKE HE IS DEFENDING FAMILY WHEN HE IS IN THE COURT ROOM .  IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AN ATTORNEY IN THIS AREA HE IS YOUR GUY...
