It is important to have confidence in the persons you select to represent your family when needing aid in fighting big corporations in legal matters.  One also needs someone to direct the emotions one finds themselves in -volved in during these times of stress and anger.  The scales of justice are suppose to be blind.  It seems that may be true only for the person with the most influence of power.  The lawyer's reputation must be that of someone well respected by other members of their own profession.  That person has some power to sway others to their way of thinking, all very legal, but there are nuisances to battling in court.
Mr. Arnold was sympathetic and caring in his evaluation of my mother's case.  Due to his vast  experience with elder care law cases he was able to weigh the possibilities of obtaining a settlement for her.  Mr.Arnold was compassionate and kind during my ordeal.   I think he worked very hard to get some satisfaction for our case.  I believe he feels that the more money that can be extracted from these corporations, the more pressure can be put on them to take greater care of the elderly.  I can only hope this is true because the compensation involved will never be sufficient to pay for what was taken from me...in short more time with my mother.  He is someone you can put your trust in for some form of justice.

I could not have made a better choice in my decision to hire Andy Arnold at my attorney.
My friend referred him to me as he had awesome success with him as well.
Not only was he a great attorney, but he is very personable.  There is nobody else in the country that I seek to discuss your non compete/non solicit agreement.
