Based in Greenville, South Carolina, our lawyers have over 40 years of combined experience, representing people throughout South Carolina, as well as North Carolina and Georgia. Our goal is to provide fair, honest representation and achieve successful results.

We focus on Workers Compensation involving work-related injuries arising from on-the-job accidents, repetitive trauma, occupational diseases, exposure to chemicals or other toxins, traumatic brain injury and spinal cord injury. We have participated in hundreds of workers’ compensation hearings over the years. We have experience with catastrophic cases involving permanent brain injury, spinal cord injury, paralysis and paraplegia.

Our emphasis in these areas led to the development of an extensive Immigration practice. We handle Deferred Action, Finance' Visas, Citizenship and Naturalization, Work Authorizations, Changes of Status, Asylum, Deportation, and Temporary Protected Status filings. Because of the growing number of Hispanic clients we serve, we have a Spanish speaking paralegal devoted to assisting with these cases. Se Habla Español.
