Went here this morning to look at a car, on a budget, and made it clear from the beginning.  The guy who "helped" us kept saying every car was "6'9...just pick one you like and we'll make it work" And "but I can probably got lower, we need to sell something, it's been dead", so we test drove 3 cars and after picking one, filling out a "5 minute application" (40minutes later) we were given a price 1k HIGHER than the 6,900 estimate and were given a low number on our trade in. Oh, and payments would have been higher than we were told as well.  The fact is we we're very up front with what we could do and the awful salesperson kept confirming that we'd be taken care of no problem. Definitely not the case. After I told the salesperson thank you for wasting my time, he had the nerve to tell me that I had been wasting his... (?!?!) Awful customer service, don't bother with this place, tons of other places on Colfax.

This place definitely does some shady repairs. The mechanic on duty is really nice and willing to help however everything else about this place just feels wrong.

If you want to buy a piece of junk then shop here! I have a jeep with this company but I originally picked a small car but AS SOON AS I drove it off the lot it broke down and stopped working. I believe it had something to do with a gas pump but it wasn’t an easy fix because They said it was best i get a different car. Ended up getting a jeep which my boyfriend test drove and everything seemed perfect but 20days into me having the car it was having troubles starting and it would literally turn off WHILE I was driving it. This car had given me multiple problems and when I reach out to Andys they tell me they will look at the car and if the issue is a big one that I would need to pay it myself. There was a leak and they fixed it but still charged me for the piece it needed. & The manager was very rude to me when I was trying to get the car fixed. They sell junk and they aren’t flexible enough to work with their customers. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL.

I bought a truck from here. They are all very nice took very good care of me helped me get into something that would be a better fit for me and my kids. I love my new to me truck! I will definitely be buying a 2nd car from Andys when I finish paying my truck off!
