Rickenbaugh Volvo in Denver, Colorado has been owned and operated since 1944. Since that time, for more than six decades, we have been the Denver Volvo sales leader in Denver county. Ryan Target was helpful and patient throughout the new car buying process. After my initial visit, he waited for me to return from my business trip before following up with me, rather than call me while I was traveling. That kind of courtesy is superb customer service. Brought my 2016 V60 Polestar in to Rickenbaugh for it's 2 year scheduled service. My service rep Walter, is so helpful, knowledgeable and is always so accommodating.   The service was done quickly and when it was scheduled to be started, did not have to wait long for the scheduled maintenance to be finished.  I would highly recommend their sales and service departments to all.

Rick Garcia did a wonderful job finding the exact match for what I wanted. I came in with very specific details for the xc90 I wanted and he searched everywhere and found what I wanted. Kept me up to date while the car was in shipping. Also the vehicle tutorial was fantastic, he was able to show and explain all the features, while insuring to highlight the most important features.

Easy to deal with dealer -- Bud was great. Also, financing was so fast. Can't believe we got it done in under and hour. Great dealership and will be a customer for life!
