Forget all the bad ratings you read about this place. They did a wonderful job! It’s the cheapest that I found here and Louisville. I got a full gel set with white tips on both fingernails and toenails. They stayed an hour and 10 minutes past closing time to make sure that I had it taken care of perfectly. I had Jenny sitting on the floor doing my feet, and Amy worked on my nails. We’re gift section of one of the three girls have a nice white mood she still did a fantastic job. I am more than satisfied!

Experience was horrible!!!! First came in and it was old and the color of polish selection was slim to non, I have more polishes at my house then they did and there a nail salon....then as I sat there and waited to get my feet done, I saw 2 different workers just rinse off the instruments they used on customers feet and sit them on a wrag, didn’t put them in a light box so they could get sterilized!!!!! We’re really quick at doing my feet and legs like they just wanted to get it over with. My toe nails look horrible she did not take her time polishing my nails. If I could take a picture of them you would think exactly the same!! Needles to say I will NOT be there if it’s the last resort I would do my own!!

The prices are cheap but my service wasn't the best. I just got an acrylic set, french mani. The lady who did my nails was VERY rough and hurt me multiple times. I'm surprised I wasn't bleeding. My hands were very dry after I left and it looked like I had chemical burns around my nails (was just dry skin but looked real bad). She was in a hurry the whole time, didn't say a word unless it was a question about my nails. This place has potential just needs better customer service. If your'e looking for a relaxed environment where there's no chance of your toes/fingers getting messed up, go somewhere else. As you can see in the photo, the scars I have now around my fingers and all that dry looking skin haven't gone away yet. And to clear up the other bad reviews similar to mine: it seems that the employees don't treat EVERYONE equally. Just some customers so not every review will reflect on how they treat you, beware.

They over charged my card 20$ then wouldn't give me it back until I showed proof. I got the proof & she said she still didn't believe me. So I disputed the whole 60$. & Got it back. They pissed me off with that. They are always on a rush & my first time back since then & not even 10 hours later the gel polish is chipped off most of the nail. I knew I should've stuck too my word & never went back.
