If giving people no stars was an option, I would do it in a heartbeat. If you want to be surprised when you leave, you've come to the right place. I asked for ombre, I got a line across the middle of my hair, from my dark dirty blonde to bleach blonde. If you google bad ombre job and look at images it's the second one that pops up. I spent collectively 9 hours in the salon. The first time was 6 hours, and after my dad and I came back to complain, Tamara stuck me back in the chair for another 3 hours and still didn't fix it. Also, she asked if I wanted layers, I said no, but guess what I got? Layers. I also got no refund for the horrendous job, and I have to go to school looking like this. WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS SALON.
