Believe it or not this is place is not as bad as some of the people are saying! Me and my friend got there last night and of course we showed our ID multiple times to get it different clubs, Honestly we paid $10 each to get in and it was so much fun! However CROWDED!! We went upstairs to a different club the girl didn't take money from us because of the looks I gave her when she mentioned I had to pay another  $5 each. We got in and had fun and left to go to the angel's Rock bar & all the security did was check out IDs again we did not pay to get in!!!  I met some cool people there and the music was very good. Overall I enjoyed it was a lot of fun!

Best DJ in Kansas City. Come here to listen to a variety of music (not just rock).  Times have changed. Rock bar is a fun time.

Typically I love this place and think it's so fun. Tonight, the bouncer was so unprofessional and clearly not trained well. He bent and creased all three of our IDs in half. My friend who is from Illinois and of age, was told to leave because his ID didn't pass the bouncers "bend test". As we were leaving the bouncer was yelling derratotory things at us. The cops were summoned and escorted us out (because they of course agreed with the bouncer) We all three have legitimate IDs and are all of age. Not sure what the bouncers deal was tonight but we will never go back.

Excellent experience.  Coyote ugly feel.  Great energy from the dancers.  DJ played excellent music.

When I was here it was just a place for creepy dudes to ogle young gogo dancers while they listened to out of style music. Not my thing but if you think music peaked with Metallica here is your place.
