Only the main level was open. There was a jazz trio playing that was phenomenal! The atmosphere on a weekday night was relaxed with many booths filled with some old timers, added the the effect. It was dark with red booths and a nice bar and selection. There was attentive table service. We relaxed with some family and enjoyed some music and a few drinks.

I thought the place was awesome. Live jazz  music. Fabulous drink menu. A couple of snack trays to order. The service was attentive and friendly.

A really classic cocktail bar with live jazz music. Don't let the entrance fool you. We took an Uber to the bar and it looks like a deserted building. Going inside opened up a bar that made you feel like you were in the 20s. It is VERY dark inside and a TON of red velvet everywhere. A really full cocktail bar and they can make you any drink you want off of the menu. There isn't much to choose from in regards to food.

Every time I come here, the experience is amazing. One of the best lounges in KC, and that's saying a lot. Isaac and the team at GLL, never fail to deliver. The music is top notch.

It is a Jazz lounge, so don't expect lightning fast service. It's a casual atmosphere, but you should always dress to impress. Don't forget to tip the band, people. They're playing for your entertainment, while also holding regular jobs. I wish I didn't need to explain these things...

Came here with some work buddies. Bartenders are quick with the drink and knowledgeable of their vast spirits offerings. Two bands that were playing the night we were there were great, highly recommend!
