I'm not happy with their service, I dropped area rug 2 weeKS before my son's birthday, then after couple of days trying to check it if it's done, seems like they haven't done it and my rug still in their place for more than a week, then I call back again, these staff keep passing the fault, to one another. At first the guy said it will be done the next day, then left me a messages when I came in the other guy said it will be pick up again on monday, so that means it sitting there for more than a week, they keep telling me it will be ready, so Im.getting pissed I came to the store with the lady she said the rug wasn't picked up to their place and i was like mad coz no one seems to help, very poor service! Not coming back, I will not recommend it

First, and last experience with this company. Dropped off our down comforter to be cleaned, at first I thought the experience would go well..clean lobby area, decent looking staff, polite staff, etc. Then I got the news it would take an entire week to get back. I had no choice so I left it with them. So here's where the issues begin..I go back to the cleaners a week later as planned to pick the comforter up and notice there is hair ALL over the comforter inside the bag. I had the girl send it off and she told me ANOTHER week. Tried to get it two days in early because I need it for other reasons and it was JUST washed that day. A rush 'can't be put on household items' which I find crazy, especially when you have a dissatisfied customer who is now having to wait another week for it. As a business, you should do all you can to have repeat customers..I was told by one of the workers, 'we're just that busy' as to say they basically don't need my business. The last issue I have is the owner is running it poorly, in her abscence she has no one to cover her back. Everyone is simply workers and no management to help resolve issues with customers. So I've been waiting for a week now to hear back from the owner, who I'm assuming is Angie, I'm not even sure.

I took in my daughter's wedding dress that was worn for an outdoor wedding that happened between rain showers. The bottom of the dress was muddy and when I picked up the dress it was SPOTLESS! They put it in a beautiful wedding dress box fully protected! They are very friendly and helpful!!!! They took a wedding dress that looked like it had a fantastic wedding and reception (TRUE) and removed every speck of evidence that it had ever been worn! Thanks to Angie's it may be worn again...perhaps by a future Granddaughter. Thanks to Angie's Cleaner my daughter's dress is as perfect as the day it was bought! Five stars!

Looking at the review from a month ago regarding a wedding dress, I thought to myself that I could trust my wedding dress with Angie's Cleaners for cleaning and preservation.....I was definitely wrong! I dropped off my wedding dress for preservation on 8/14 at the Newnan Crossing Blvd. location. The lady at the front and my ticket said it would be ready for pick-up on 8/17. I was not able to stop by until 8/25 . The woman upfront seemed confused when I handed her my ticket. She then called the main cleaning facility to see if they had my wedding dress. At this point I was starting to worry. While the woman was on the phone, the person on the other line asked if my dress had two pieces. I dropped off my dress in one piece. After the woman hung up with the main facility she told me she could not understand what the person on the other line was inferring about with "two pieces". She did apologize that no one called me to let me know that it would not be ready. I was told it wouldn't be ready until after 5pm and she would call me in the meantime to update me. I did not hear back from her and I was extremely worried about my wedding dress. Not only is it expensive but it is a memory for me. When I came back for my dress, we looked inside the box (could not open preservation box to look at the entire dress). My dress was separated from the lace overlay, the lace ends looked worn out, and a wire hanger was in the box wrapped around the lace! It was clear that care was not taken while cleaning my dress and it was a half-done job. I am scared to open the preservation box to see what else has been done to it. On top of that there was no sympathy from the employee of Angie's cleaners nor did they take the time to call me. I am very disappointed.

Chose to get pants hemmed at this location because it was on a discount card we purchased from an elementary student. Dry cleaning was fine but my pants came back with no work done. I went back to let them know and give them a second try, even took a pair of sample pants of the exact length I wanted and they said it wasn't necessary. My pants are now above my ankles. Not the result I wanted. The measuring they did was obviously off. Will not be using their alteration services anymore.
