I had to give them a one I order to write a review.  I took my granddaughter 's dress to be cleaned. I could have laundered it at home,  but the first time I washed it I had to be extremely careful to keep red dress from fading on white collar. When the dress was dropped off, this was explained. The dress was supposed to be ready in two days.  When I went to pick it up. I was told it would not be ready for another day. When I picked the dress up,  the man at the counter hung it so that front was facing away from me. I looked at it briefly as I was leaving. I noticed a little fading.  When i got home and removed the bag , I noticed a lot more fading. When i called, they offered to reclean the dress, but I'm afraid they will totally ruin the dress. I am trying to spot bleach the collar and i think i will be able to repair it some what. For this i was charged $9.50!
