I love these apartments so much! They're a very nice, and quite place to live. Always nice and clean outside and wonderful management. The maintenance man is very prompt with getting things fixed and he is a very nice gentleman! I would recommend everyone to move here! While they have W&D hook ups in most units, they also have a very nice little laundry mat for residential use only! The pool is always in good shape and always looks nice! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! This place rocks! :) 
Ive lived here a little over a year and will definitely be renewing my lease next year :)

Rude ass / racists  managers and the pool is not even that deep

This is not the place you want to be. Management is rude here!! She just hired someone, she is so pleasant better than the actual manager. Rent is over priced and the pet fee is outrageous ($475.00) plus $50 extra a month. This Apartment is not pet friendly!! To many restrictions. pools closed for summer so no kids are their. no one here is allowed to help you, maintenance men here get in trouble if they help you move furniture in your home. definitely look somewhere else.  If you are looking do not go here!!

They would may be be a nice place to live if they weren't under construction. I haven't had more than 6 hours of sleep since they started... they even come in at 8 am on Saturday. The construction crew broke the main water line twice... so that ment we were with out water for two days... they put a nail in my internet line... so I was with out internet for a day... and they still haven't fixed that... I am just using a different line... so this means that the free cable that come with the apartment... we don't get... but we still pay for it with our super high rent prices and extraordinarily high pet deposit... as it is suppose to be part of the rent... but yep they haven't even tried to fix that yet. And being woke up AGAIN... prompted this review. DON"T MOVE IN HERE TILL AFTER THE CONSTRUCTION IS DONE.. AND THEN CHECK FOR MOLD... SINCE THEY ARE RIPPING OFF BRICKS ON THE OUTSIDE... AND IT IS RAINING IN BETWEEN THEM GETTING THE BRICKS BACK ON THE WALL. And the management just says they don't have any control over the construction crew. And I have found a nail in my BRAND NEW, LESS THAN  MONTH OLD TIRES. I AM BEYOND PISSED OFF!!!!!!!!!!

My father lives here. One night I stayed here and my car got keyed. Come to find out several other cars have been keyed. When he ask the management if they can put cameras up they said it was a "liability" and can't put up any cameras. Sounds like the management doesn't care about the residents vehicles or their guests.
