Went there Friday around 11:30 for my name change and was in an out in less than 30 minutes. VERY fast for a social security office and the lady who assisted me was very good.

They had all my information wrong once AGAIN. This is the 3rd time they messed up and LOST all my information. I would rather go online however I had no other choice than to go in person. Horrible experience and customer service. 1-Star

If you are mentally unstable do not go to this place!!! I waited 3 1/2 hrs just tofax some papers off and the women was rude and on her damn phone. I literally would of been better going online but i had to go. I hope i never have to go there again because i left in tears and rage.
