I've been using Animal Care Center for as long as I remember!  The staff is always friendly and genuinely care about me and my pets.  About a year ago, I started utilizing their mobile vet services, since my elderly English Mastiff can no longer climb in and out the car, and it has been a godsend!  Dr. Sutherland goes out of her way to make sure I understand what to except and everything happening along the way.  I feel like I have a trusted friend taking care of my old girl!

I love Animal Care Center!  My dog is over 18 years old now and they have been taking excellent care of her for 10+ years. We love all the doctors and techs there. The rewards program they offer helps me all year long. They care about my dog and are always there to help. Thanks!

This rating is for grooming.  When we brought our Shih Tzu in for grooming we met with the groomer and discussed exactly how we wanted her to look ; not too much off, still fluffy.  The groomer seemed a little tense and said that she would not "scissor cut" her but we had no idea that meant the groomer had no intention of doing anything we asked.  When we our dog up I was shocked.  she looked like a cross between a terrier and a schnauzer! It was obvious this groomer has no concern for how a Shih Tau is supposed to look or what the client wants. She was practically shaved!  When I told her she was too short she said that was the "longest guard " she had.  It will take months to grow out.  I can assure you I will never return to this clinic for any reason  We are outraged

Animal Care Center is great. And I have no favorite doctor as they are all equally competent and caring. They do have some doctors with specialties, and the desk staff is very good at directing your visit towards those doctors if needed. The support staff is also very knowledgeable, polite, and caring. Lastly, the charges for services and products are very reasonable and in quite a few instances, very competitive.
