I would give 10/5 stars if I could. Everyone has always handled my cats with the best care even when they are spicy. They do everything they can to help your pet get better and give you the tools to help them at home. Highly recommend.
I have been going to Covington animal hospital for years moved away for couple years and came back to Covington I would definitely recommend Dr.Boston for any of my pets he is a very knowledgeable vet with considerable concern. I have been bringing my animals here for many years . I cannot say enough great things about the Boston’s and the staff. The veterinary care and customer service are both excellent. I highly recommend!
Our Mom began her patronage of the Drs. Boston Covington Veterinary Hospital over 20 years ago. Because of the wonderful service she reported to us, we followed suit and have used their services for almost 20 years. Dr. Kristen and Dr. Gerard are learned professionals, dedicated to proficiency in healing. But their professionality is complimented by attitudes of kindness, compassion, empathy, and concern. Over the many years we have been affiliated with their clinic, I've never found them lacking in any of the above qualities, so it would appear we can add consistency to those virtues as well. As long as the Drs. Boston own Covington Veterinary Hospital, I cannot imagine going anywhere else with the creatures charged to my care!
Good and cheap with their office visits. When it comes to doing any follow-up work at all when you tell someone you're going to call him the next day with lab work and it's over a week later and still no one's called you it's not a good thing especially when you charge over $200 for the lab work I will be taking my animals elsewhere now.
Our fur-kids have been patients for a very long time. It brings greyt comfort knowing they are treated like family when there. Rest assured your fur-kids are in best hands, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks to all the staff the entire office is the best!
I am extremely impressed with Dr. Kristen Boston even in this time of unusual nature due to Covid. I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called. Everyone I spoke with was very compassionate. Because I could not enter the building Dr. Boston called several times during her examination. She kept me informed of the procedures she was doing, she asked questions regarding my pet and gave me options to choose. I am very happy I brought my pet to this clinic.
Best Vets around hands down...no one else has every made me feel so comfortable and confident that these folks are really in it for the animals. Thanks everyone..especially Amy.
Great Veterinarians and staff! Always friendly, always accommodating, and the doctors there are very knowledgeable and caring. Having moved here recently, I find myself very lucky to have such a good vet service so close to home. They have my highest recommendation.
