I am so grateful to the staff and Dr. Jones for the excellent care they provided my dog. He did not make it but they were kind and very caring. I believe they gave their best. I will change to them for the future care needs for my other pets. Dr Jones is very knowledgeable and seems to truly care about animals and not just $$.

I took my rabbit to Dr. Brown and he saved his life! My rabbit got very sick because of the pine bedding in his cage and couldn't hardly move and was probably close to dying. I was thinking the bill would be hundreds of dollars but it was only $124! He spent a lot of time with us, helping me to learn things about caring for my rabbit. He gave my rabbit a shot of fluid to help him feel better. He also gave my rabbit 3 different medicines to give to him when I got home. They sure helped, he was back to normal in no time! I would recommend taking your pets to him! He is very knowledgeable about animals and cares about them and he doesn't charge a fortune! The other members of his staff are excellent too, you can tell they love animals and want to help in any way they can! They even call to see how our pets are doing. I will always take my pets to him for as long as I can! Much thanks to you Dr. Brown and your staff!

First time boarding my dogs ever and the staff was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. I didn't realize that one of my dog's didn't have the bordetella shot so they offered to do it for $20. Not too bad! We paid a lot less than we were told over the phone when I booked the reservation and I think that's because one of my dog's was right under 51 lbs. We were happy with the price for 5 nights. I was concerned when I came home to see my dogs skinnier than normal and one of them was coughing. I looked it up and read that it's pretty normal for dogs to eat less or not at all when boarding animals, so it's okay. After food and drink, my dogs were fine and the dry heaving/coughing stopped so that was a HUGE relief. Anyway, thank you guys for taking care of my rambunctious dogs! I'm sure they were a handful haha. I really appreciate the service my dogs received while we were in CO. Plus, I just love coming in here to hear the birds sing. I will continue to bring my dogs here.

Dr. Jones and the entire staff are fantastic. They're always accommodating of every want and need my pets and I have. They do amazing work and I will always take my pets here for as long as I live in Springfield. You will have a hard time finding a friendlier and knowledgeable staff in town.

I love taking my animals here. You can tell that the vets truly care for animals here. My pets have seen all of the vets here and they have all been great. They make sure to spend ample time with you to explain the problems and solutions and are very knowledgeable and kind. Their prices are reasonable, and I also appreciate how whenever my pets are sick they always seem to be able to make time to see them as soon as possible. Thank you, Animal Care Center!
