The welcome, friendliness and help I encountered at your practice was wonderful, and in stark contrast to three other veterinary clinics I called along the way to Chattanooga on my trip trying to get an appointment to see my little dog while traveling. Thank you for a great experience and treatment that has worked.

I can't say enough good things about this place. Took my dog in for a yearly check up and they found a lump on him. They tested it and said it needed to come of asap. They had it taken off and had him home with me within the day. I was a wreck and they never once made me feel silly because of that. They even gave him a certificate of bravery (I believe that was more for me though). Thanks for being awesome!

I have been taking my pets to ACE for several years and have always had a very pleasant experience. My last dog's Vet's name was Dr. Leonard. She treated my beagle as if it were her own. In addition, I still ask for her when my current beagle's Vet, Dr. Craven, isn't in. In more than one instance, he has had to save Lucy's life. I am so grateful for them and their staff and I never worry whenever I have to leave her there for boarding or anything else. I can't imagine taking her anywhere else. Everyone treats us like family and they always know me when I come in.

I have used Animal Clinic East for the last 20 years for my pets.  The doctors are great and update me if I am not able to stay for visit.  The staff is friendly and accommodating.  Boarding is fantastic!  I never worry when I am away that Shadow is being well cared for and he likes going.  The price is also very good in my opinion.

Dr Liu is the best of the best! I took my very senior miniature schnauzer there this past Sunday for her teeth that were hurting. They went ahead and performed surgery to extract some of her teeth. I was a nervous wreck due to anesthesia and my dog being so old. The surgery went amazing and you could tell Dr. Liu and his team really and truly cared. I would not hesitate to take her back. In fact, she will now be a patient there. I love this place! Thank you so much for the very detailed and hard work you guys did for my baby! I loved their very knowledgeable and caring demeanor! Love, love, love you guys!
