This vet has no clue what she is doing. I paid $300 for her medicine and her blood test and I was given a time I would get a call about my dog's blood test results. She was a few hours late getting our test results back to us so I called and she said she only had half of the results (but didn't call and tell me there were any back yet) so I waited a few more hours for her to call back, she never did. I tried to call back but they were closed (she never told me she was closing soon and that she wouldn't be calling back). I drove down to the vet and they were both there and had no answers for me at this point so they offered to email it to me sometime the next day. That afternoon she called me from her personal number and said the lab gave her a verbal confirmation that everything was okay(which I believe she was only guessing and hoping for the best because she told me they had a machine down and would have to rerun the tests). The next morning she printed out my results, took pictures of them with her phone and texted it to me, I asked her to email them as well and she completely ignored me. Our dog's problem persisted the next day and we called to see what we should do and she told us she would do another blood test because she wasn't sure what else to do (her words, not mine). They are only in it for the money, she has no concern for her patients or their owners.

Started taking my small dog here last year.  Even though he is only 7 lbs. he can be a hand full to work on.  Dr Haddock is 'GREAT' - patient, caring and a very good Dr.  I also started using their grooming service.  He doesn't like his feet worked on.  There were several times I noticed his nails were not trimmed after grooming.   Nails are always done here and also rounded out smooth.  No split and scratchy ends.  Would highly recommend.

Good people here. Very considerate of all your pets' needs. Haven't had a bad experience with them and we've been talking our long haired Dachshund there for three years now.

My opinion was not so much the treatmemt of animals because I didn't witness any animal interaction. I couldn't stay after watching how the lady at the front desk degraded and belittled the sweet girl working with her. After 30 minutes of watching her pschologically beat her down and treat her as if she were nothing, while 2 of us watched, I couldn't imagine how she would treat an animal behind closed doors. We walked out. That was scary to say the least. Needless to say, my money will be better spent elsewhere.

I have been to many veterinarians over the years and different towns. I have never had one that truly cared about my pet more than my wallet until I came here. They have the best interest in mind when it comes to caring for your animal and they aren't just trying to rack up a big bill. I have had experience with both Dr. Prince and Dr. Haddock and I can't say enough good things about their office. I will never bring my furkids anywhere else.
