Top notch care! Our regular vet missed the bone infection in our cat's jaw and, when she continued to get abscesses, we brought her here. Dr. Luskin is an expert and his staff is wonderful. Compassionate care of the highest caliber!

When our Chesapeake Bay Retriever was only 10 weeks old, our regular vet mentioned we should see Dr. Luskin because her jaw was not positioned properly and as a result her lower teeth were causing her difficulties on her upper palette. After our initial visit we realized her situation was pretty serious as her overbite could have caused further injury. Her bottom puppy teeth had to be removed to first see if her jaw would straighten once the new teeth came in. After that she required an orthodontal device that would move her canines on the bottom as they grew in so they would grow out rather than up into her palette. This required many visits to see Dr. Luskin to see how she was progressing and many surgeries to place the device and then remove it several weeks later. Just when we thought we were out of the woods, as she turned 1 year, her canines decided to continue to grow and were once again potentially piercing her palette. We were off to see Dr. Luskin again to have the device replaced and then after a few more weeks removed again. We were so pleased with the professionalism of the staff and Dr. Luskin's expertise. He explained things well and was friendly and genuinely caring toward our dog. We also appreciated him letting us know for future reference how best to take care of her teeth so she would continue to have good dental health as now her teeth expenses were worth quite a bit and we didn't want to do anything to ruin his excellent work!! :-)
