I went there for my first visit as a self pay patient and the visit was very pleasant and professional. They recommended a treatment plan which I thought was very comprehensive. However on my second visit having got insurance the formulated treatment plan was no more and I was charged $130 even though it was clearly stipulated by my insurance that my co-pay cost for an in network dentist was $25. I figured that the treatment plan was abandoned since the insurance would deem most of it unnecessary and would not pay for it. Part of the charges on my bill was a $44 for dental hygiene instruction that I never got and a $50 charge for drugs and medication that they say was used during the procedure as was explained after I called to verify the charges when I got home. These are the same charges that the insurance declined to pay for. Funny thing is, after the procedure I was told that I was free to leave with no charge to me and was only charged the $130 when I came back to ask a question. I called twice on the issue and was told that those charges stuck because the insurance would not pay for them, a very uncourteous Jackie explained to me from the other end of the phone. $100 is not a lot of money to loose but since I can no longer trust them, my wife and I will look for a different dental practice.

This is a fantastic dental office! I had not been to the dentist in almost 2 years based on my last experience elsewhere. But once I got here @ Towson smile I was greeted with a nice welcome given a goody bag and my wait was just 5 minutes before I was called in. Amazing! The doctor was excellent and I was given a warm towel to wash my hands and face. The experience was overwhelmingly awesome and I left feeling great. This place I highly recommend to others.

Dr.Levy is who I see and he is absolutely wonderful. Im younger but I have somewhat bad teeth. Visually they are fine but I have cavities, an impacted wisdom tooth. The other 3 are broke off and one has some how grown into another tooth. All of this was caused by bad experiences from other dentist. The fear of pain kept me out of any dentist chair for YEARS. As of a few months ago I began seeing Dr. Levy and he has done a wonderful job. I have gotten 2 teeth pulled by him and yesterday I got 2 fill ins that I would have never gotten. He's very understanding of my situation and has a good way of telling me what I need to know in a nonstressful way. He has mapped out a care plan for me and is willing to work with me little by little as I come up with the.money. I am so thankful to have him

Great office atmosphere. Very friendly and courteous. Went in right on time. Hygienist both accommodating and professional. Took time needed. Dentist in promptly to check things over. Very pleasant experience that I could smile over -- and have sparkling teeth to do it.

Ever since I had an awful experience at a different dentists office, I've always been scared to try a new one. This place is awesome!!!! The staff is nice and friendly, and they handle you with care. Definitely going back!!! Thank you Towson Smile Care 😁
