I have never been anything less than impressed with the team at AES. They are thorough, thoughtful, kind and above all else, truly professional. You can tell that the people here have their hearts in their work, particularly Sue at the front desk and Dr. Kristin Reminga (sorry if name is misspelled). I have even asked Dr. Reminga if she practices regular (non emergency) medicine because I would love if my pets could see her for everything, not just the bad stuff. Sadly she doesn’t, but it’s because this is where she’s meant to be, and it shows. While it’s unfortunate to ever have to see an emergency vet very often, it has caused me to form a glowing opinion of the folks here. Thank you all for the hard work you do to help people and their pets during the toughest times!

From the moment I walked into AES with my very ill dog, everyone I met was caring, kind and welcoming. At each visit staff, technicians and doctors kept me updated on the treatment options for my dog, the risks, and the possible outcomes. They called me several times during the day of my dog's surgery and also after I brought him home. When I took him back for a recheck - they actually came outside to greet us! During the emotional roller-coaster of the surgery and subsequent treatment their compassion for both of us helped us thru this difficult time. They are the best!

Our senior dog was very sick suddenly. We have in the past used the other emergency hospital in kirkland so went there first. Were told 4 hr wait and that we would have to stay and just wait. The receptionist was kind enough though to tell us of AES and called over and they were able to see us sooner. Very impressed with the facility and front end staff. Vet assistants as well were extremely friendly and professional. We were so happy with Doctor Mark and staff that if they took regular clients and not just emergency services he would be our family's new vet. We are animal lovers and have and will continue to have numerous animal members in our family. AES will always be the first place we go in an emergency. Highly highly recommend.

I took my dog here a few years ago when he was hit by a car, and am so grateful for everything they did for him. Two weeks ago, when my boyfriend's cat was injured, this was the first place I thought to go. What I was not expecting was extremely long waits and a rude vet (other staff was great). I will think twice before recommending this place again.

What a wonderful place that cares for your fur friend! Staff is wonderful and the office is very nice and clean! I trusted them completely and they helped my cat in more ways I could ask for. They are very knowledgeable and always make you feel important and that they want to help you! Open 24/7 which is a plus! They will happily answer any questions on the phone (even if you call 100x like me)! I definitely recommend this to anyone with a fur friend who has an emergency! You won't regret it! :)
