I have been going to Brookfield Veterinary Hospital for decades and would never go anywhere else! The doctors are wonderful, and the support staff is equally fabulous. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and engaging. My cats have always been treated with the utmost care, compassion and tenderness, and clearly everyone cares deeply for the animals they treat (as well as the owners). Even when we've had to put our beloved pets down, the doctors and staff could not be more sensitive and gentle in their approach. They truly do treat the animals as if they were their own!

I've been going out of my way to bring my cats here for over 7 years. Dr. Erin Russell is our regular vet and she's wonderful, but when she was not available, the other doctors were also great. The staff here is very caring and considerate and knowledgeable. They always give us options and help us be engaged in our cats' care. They explain everything thoroughly. When we opt for certain lower cost treatment options, they don't make us feel bad about it.  Their costs are reasonable, especially for the service provided. 

They have an excellent appointment reminder system. They are good about following up on appointments with phone calls or emails. They provide detailed printouts for every visit.  The building is always very clean. It's a welcoming environment and the waiting room is large, so you can keep unfamiliar pets apart. I've never had a hard time getting an appointment.

I recommend them to my friends and coworkers whenever the subject comes up.

Every staff member has been so great! We bring our 2 shiba inus and Dr. Erin is always so educational and helpful. I leave feeling warm and fuzzy Every time we go and even if it isn't the best news. She gives tons of details and never judgmental. I love how she gets down on the floor with our shy dog to make him as comfortable as possible! We drive from Bothell because we love this place so much. Pricing is standard and even lower than other places with outstanding service.
We also want to their puppy play time a few years ago and that was wonderful and we loved how everything was supervised!

I have been coming to Brookfield Veterinary Hospital for over 11 years with my two cats. 

The front desk staff are always very helpful. There is never a wait when checking out.

I've seen a number of the doctors but recently been working with Dr. Erin Russell. She is welcoming and wants to work with you to get the best results.

While I live in Kirkland it is worth the drive. Friendly helpful and very responsive.

A terrific team, and the facility is darned nice too.  We've been clients since 2010, for 3 Siberian Huskies.  Plenty of routine stuff, several "aggressive play" body repair visits, broken teeth, dermatology, and complex cancers on two pets.  So call it about 80-100 visits over the years.  Consistent excellent care by everyone, great depth of knowledge, and most of all - real compassion to Pets & Owners.  We have used all of the doctors, most of the rest of the staff, 100+% satisfied with every encounter.   And crazy as it sounds - our pets love going there too.  Thank You to Everyone - Go Team Brookfield!
