I have been taking my dogs to the Animal Hospital of New Albany for over 22 years.  The doctors and staff there have always been kind, caring, and compassionate.  They have also provided honest, truthful and unbiased advice on the options for care.  

I'm not amazed to see a negative review, but I wouldn't let that influence my decision to take my pet there for care.  As with any business, there are people who will not be satisfied with your service, no matter how hard you try.  

For those reasonable people, you will find a great group of people there who will do their best to help your pet and you.

The vets and staff have cared for my dogs for 25 years. They are an amazing team, and I know I can always rely on their prompt, wise, loving care.

We have taken 4 dogs and have been so pleased with their willingness to help with training tips, flexible schedules and most of all their compassion. They are pricey and further away from our new home but we pay and drive extra miles because of their compassionate and Kind staff. They even gave my moms dog a complimentary nail trim since he was with us during one of our visits. Love them all :)

My dog Boots has been a patient at New Albany Pet Hospital since he was a puppy and he is now almost 14. They are the most caring and helpful vet staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Tristin and all the others truly care about my dog and how he is treated. Can't say enough great things about this staff and how wonderful they have always treated my doggie! I highly recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Tristin and Jill and everyone there for being so great!
