Well for one, this place is very unorganized.  They have a payment plan which no one knows anything about and they seemed very confused about it.  You would think they would sit the whole staff down and explain everything about it so when people ask questions, they know the answers. 2.  We had one of our pets neutered there and when my husband came to pick our pet up, they did not give us any kind of instructions or if we need to come back for a check up.  They basically gave my husband our pet and said here you go have a good day.  3.  I have waited in the past for them to see our dog and I'm not exactly sure why.  There was no one else in the waiting room waiting to be seen.  4.  I like how they do rescues but I don't understand the outrageous price they have on the cats and dogs.  Are they really wanting to help rescues or are they doing it to get more money into their pockets?  Very shady and greedy in my opinion.  When you do rescues, you do them to save a animals and make sure they are taken care of, money doesn't matter. 

In my opinion, this place could be a great place if they make some changes and train their staff better.

I brought my kitty in today for an emergency and the staff was so kind and helpful. They immediately took him to the back without an appointment or any waiting/paperwork, and took great care of him. They didn’t waste any time helping him and letting me know he was going to be okay. Also incredibly affordable for an emergency visit on a Sunday.

The communication at this vet is not efficient or effective which results in your dog receiving bad service for their health. When they hand you medicine for your dog, they do not release crucial information about the next steps for your dog other than what is on the pill bottle. You have to ask the right questions to get somewhat accurate answers and even so, they are not always correct answers. I believe their receptionists are set up to fail as there is consistently someone upset about how long you have to wait for an appointment you already made! They do a lot for rescues in the community which is amazing, but I would not choose this vet if it were my choice.

My dog Trixie needed surgery and is doing great.   While we were there we brought home a new family member Harmony!   She's doing great to!  Everyone was so helpful and friendly and the girls up front eas awesome!

This was my first time here, we adopted a cutie little puppy Tionne and the staff was very helpful, transparent with the information and the facility is clean. Highly recommend this place for vet and adoption needs.
