Animal House Veterinary Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital providing high quality diagnostic, surgical, medical, and therapeutic laser. Originally opened in 1989 in Dallas Texas, we moved to League City in January of 2007. Dr. Richard Hoekstra is a 1988 graduate of Texas A&M University. Dr. Eric Vance is a 2012 graduate, also of Texas A&M.

The team at Animal House Veterinary Hospital places a specific emphasis on client education and personal professional service to each client and patient. Treating medical ailments often begins with treating the owner and their concerns. Our doctors and staff spend as much time as necessary taking a thorough history and getting to the root of the problem. This, in conjunction with high quality laboratory and diagnostic tools, provides the best opportunity for proper diagnosis and treatment.

High quality medicine and diagnostic procedures coupled with routine preventative care is the main focus at Animal House Veterinary Hospital. We also provide dental hygiene, physical therapy and laser therapy, as well as boarding and grooming services. Our facility has the ability to perform advanced care procedures such as Stem Cell treatments for arthritis. Dr. Hoekstra’s background in management and practice ownership has allowed him to diversify the services he is able to provide.

Animal House Veterinary Hospital is located at 2640 E. League City Pkwy, Suite 130 in League City, Texas in the South Shore Marketplace on the corner of South Shore Blvd. and Highway 96.
