I was very pleased with my visit to Scott Vet clinic. Dr. Johnson was very personable and attentive to my cats' problem. He caught her up on her shots and scheduled a surgery. Since I had not gotten routine shots for Carolina, she was very lethargic and would not eat and she was very sore from the shots. I had to cancel surgery but will be rescheduling.
The receptionist was awesome also.

Only went here because no one else was able to see my dog that day. Very overpriced. $45 for an exam fee and they didn't examine her. The only thing they looked at was her paw which was the problem. She was a new patient, they should have looked at her teeth, ears, felt her belly, her tail etc. None of the techs introduced themselves. The place was filthy and unsterilized. The client after me had his dog on the counter as we were paying and was brushing it and beating the hair out of the comb on the counter. I used my mom's care credit card and they didn't verify anything that you're supposed to with care credit. So to sum it up- not friendly, overpriced for things you aren't receiving, dirty, and someone could steal your credit card and use it. I'm in school to be a vet tech and would suggest going anywhere else unless it's the only place that has an appt. They also charged a lady $100 more than other vets for heartworm medicine. I'm guessing the place has to rip clients off to stay in business..

This vet is terrible. Prices are high compared to others in the area and the doctor is rediculous. My dog was diagnosed with diabetes here and I was told i could come back in for NO CHARGE to get a weight on the dog and be shown how to administer the insulin before they would sell me the needles and insulin. I make the appointment and go in. The doctor actually hid in the back and refused to come show me how to administer the insulin as she promised without a $40 appointment fee because "im taking up an appointment slot". They wouldn't sell me the insulin or needles now without paying the appointment fee. They won't even write the prescription without paying for a visit even though i was told the second visit would have no charges. This place is a money grab. Steer clear.

Such amazing people !!! They have helped me through so much over the years !!! Through the triumph over injuries for my kitty to the loss of a puppy recently, they have been there for us through it all !!!
